The Bands of Westwood

Music has always been a part of our culture.  Music is a Science - It is exact and it demands exact acoustics.  Music is Mathematics - It is rhythmically based on the subdivision of time into fractions.  Music is Foreign Language - The semantics of music is the most complete and universal language.  Music is History - It reflects the environment and times of its creation. Music is all these things, but most of all Music is Art - It allows the human being to create emotion.
